It's small enough that you can hold it without it being in your way. & + your cell phone should fit right inside. pocket duh. you can't wear a skirt, you'll freeze you butt off. just relax, wear comfy clothes. If you don't want a purse than just ware a cute shirt with dressy pants thats what i would do or you could waera dress but i hate dresses and if i did wear one bring a purse it would make you more stylish!!! : )
