Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: 1. Straddle...sit with you legs out to the side against a wall and push yourself toward the wall...then do the same without a wall and try to reach forward and lay down flat of the floor while turning out your legs

2. butterfly: sit with your legs folded up like indian style except opened more so that the heels are touching and fold over the feet this helps your turn out in passe...

3. frog: lay on your stomach with your legs open in like a second grand plie and let gravity do its work by pulling your hips down toawrd the ground

4. splits: extend one leg forward and one back and sit into it

5. hamstring stretch: sit with both legs in front of you and reach toward your toes without bending your knees

6. going into your straddle and roll forward to that your body is parallel to the ground...

7. go into the frog but now move more forward and bedn the knees more so that the ankles cross and allow the legs to turn out

8. superman: have someone hold your ankles down and lift up your back so that you are arching slightly and holding yourself above the floor... 1. Butterfly
