Gaynor Minden vs. other products?

I am curious to know if Gaynor Minden leotards/ warm-ups are as good as they make it say. What do you think: Gaynor Minden vs. other ballet products? I'm looking to order a leotard or maybe warm-ups.

Also, what are the best ballet sneakers you've worn/ heard about? I am also thinking about buying a pair. Were you able to wear them out and about? Are they comfortable?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: gaynor minden is the Chanel of dance (or Gucci, DG, Marc Jacobs or whatever). This is the premier stuff. It is built better so it will last longer and perform better. All of their stuff is made to move with a ballerinas body very specifically. IT IS HEAVEN. I would swear by GM if anyone besides dancers knew what it was. It feels great, looks great, and is one of those things where once you have it you can't deal with anything less. I have a pair of warm up tights from Gaynor Minden and I absolutely LOVE them they are my favorite warm ups.
Their tights are good too.

I have Capezio jazz sneakers that I like and can be worn out and about, but you probably shouldn't if you want to keep them clean. i like GM warm up tights, but honestly, other than that im not really crazy about their stuff.i just dont find it flattering and the leos run really short in the trunk. course, im really tall, so a person of average height may not have that problem.

as far as sneakers, i like the capezio ds02 canvas. i suppose you could go out in them, but they get scummy in dancing or on the sidewalk
