What do you do at the homecoming dance besides dancing and hanging out with you friends?

well this is my first time going to the homecoming dance.
and im not sure what people do in the homecoming dance.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: For the 1st person who answered it's like a dance that anyone in high school can go to and it's like real formal. It's the night after your school's big football game. And for you... I mean there's not anything else to do. People take lot's of pictures girls talk about their dresses and shoes and guys just stand there looking bored and then you dance and that's pretty much it. Have fun! Could some of our friends from across the water explain what a 'homecoming dance' is? I've often heard the term, but don't know what the occasion is. Thanks Umm... nothing?? i mean when i go i just hang out and dance. oh! well u can eat.. :D
