well i was talking to this girl on myspace she goes to my school...and she was asking about home comming if i was going ....well one thing lead to another and i asked if she wanted to go with me she said yes....but i need help how do i dance at the school dance i dont know how is their any like youtube vids to tell me how ...or a video i can buy over the web please help i dont want to look like a DUM*@$$

Slow dance is really easy. You just put your arms around her waste (she'll put hers around your neck) the sway back and forth to the music and take little steps to make a turn.

If you want to learn how to dance to fast paced music, search for a song on youtube.... usually a bunch of videos will pop up of kids dancing to it.

Unless you have natural rhythm, you won't be able to learn how to dance in a matter of days. If you have rhythm, then it should be easy. Just move to the rhythm of the music. Otherwise be honest with the girl and tell her you don't know how to dance. Maybe she can help you.

DON'T feel embarrassed to ask her to help. In fact girls think it's sweet when a guy asks for help. And just think, by asking her for help, you get to spend some time with her while you work on it. You will also get a feel for dancing with her and will have less of a chance, stepping on her feet, making her lose balance causing her to fall and wind up with her dress over her head while others point and laugh.
