Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Yup and i can very well too! I started at 4! 6 years of hip hop, ballet, and jazz has paid of in over 10 trophies and over 20 metals! I'm a white boy what do you think....lol Does a bear sh*t in the woods? what kinda of dance i started slow dancing when i was 12 and then started swing dancing when i was about 16 no Yeah !!
You start dancing the moment you are born. Only the visual expressions change with age.
Further, everyone is a born dancer . We stop dancing only when we put a mental block of ' Do I know how to dance ?'
If you notice the dancing style of legend Shammi Kapoor or Rajesh Khanna , it may not be what we call dancing today.
I feel your movements with your confidence plus your ability to enjoy the same is called dancing.
Dancing is the expression of getting in sync with the joy around. Ever seen anybody dancing & getting angry at the same time ( leave exceptions!)

=( I have a genre with my friends called Dynamitism... you get the idea. Actually, I'm pretty good. i think i can.....most people don't, lol. i can, fairly well. i learned from life. my family is crazy so we'd dance all the time. ballroom dance but now... i hit the club every weekend. started back in the late 80's. in Indonesia there is age limit to enter club or used to be called discotheque but it's not really enforced. so i've been clubbing for about 18 years and still going strong. (age 16) before that "break dancing" since i was 10. When I was eight, I took tap, ballet, jazz, hiphop, and theatre at my studio. Now, I am twelve, and I take ballet, jazz, hiphop, and lyrical. Not in the least bit!!!! lol everyone always makes fun of me because they say I dance like a white girl, but I am white so there you mean friends yeah you know who you are!! lol yes I learned ballet when I was 7 till I was 15. Figured a career in ballet is not going to work out I quit and play piano and violin instade. Then discovered Argentine Tango at 23, danced and teach tango for a couple of years. Moved to a country where there's no decent and fun people to dance with nor are there any appriciation of the arts so I have to give that up.
I also enjoyed going to raves and clubs once upon a time.
