I rather learn dance better, since you can actually use it in the world. If you know sites that has some free, downloadable, step by step dance videos. All answers will be appreciated. I love dancing but i am never able to take dance class cause i am shy, don't have any money, and self conscience. I choreographed for a play a few months ago, and learned the steps I needed to from video sites like Google Video and Youtube. I would search for videos of people actually doing the Foxtrot, Cha-cha, or Tango, and mimic them. Dancing is the best! Also, I'd suggest using the Total Gym for strength training and dance for aerobics if you really want to get fit. |
