HELP!!! Preparing for show with not so strong guys?


I have a ballet performance at the end of November.. its a REALLY big deal to me... the guys we have aren't the strongest or tallest, and even though i am small i think i may need to lose 5 to 10 pounds to pull off the lifts with these guys (it wouldnt hurt me to do so at all).. i also need to tone up a bit.. any suggestions would be more than appreciated.. i'll give 10 points to anyone who helps. thanks so much!


Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Ditch the junk food and dig out the fruits and veggies. Five servings of fruits and veggies aren't just a good idea to help you lose weight — they'll help keep your heart and the rest of your body healthy. Other suggestions for eating well: replace white bread with whole wheat, trade your sugary sodas for lots of water and a few cups of low-fat milk, and make sure you eat a healthy breakfast. Having low-sugar, whole grain cereal and low-fat milk and a piece of fruit is a much better idea than inhaling a donut as you run to the bus stop or eating no breakfast at all! A registered dietitian can give you lots of other snack and menu ideas. i have the same problem!!! gosh! um yer just wat the other person said, dont go around not eating at all, just eat really good food, and youll find you dont need to eat as much, as it fulls you more and gives you more energy! also the most effecient way to lose weight is by walking (quite intentionally fastish...) for 40-60 mins non stop. anyways gud luk!!!
