Preparing for upcoming show... not so strong guys??


I have a ballet performance at the end of November.. its a REALLY big deal to me... the guys we have aren't the strongest or tallest, and even though i am small i think i may need to lose 5 to 10 pounds to pull off the lifts with these guys.. i also need to tone up a bit.. any suggestions would be more than appreciated.. i'll give 10 points to anyone who helps. thanks so much!


Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: No. DO NOT try and lose weight just because these guys are wimps. Tell THEM to exercise and shape up, but if you feel that you need to tone up then stretch and do crunches, sit ups, push-ups, plies, and run every day. If you're doing all you can to work with these guys and make it easier for both of you, then it's their problem. I hope this helped! :)
