TO people WHO like TO tumble....?

i have been trying so hard to get my backhandspring.... i had it last year but over summer i lost it. i get really nervous and try my best every time i go to tumbling class but i just get scared and wont do it! HELP PLEASE!


Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: If you can work on your backhandspring on a trampoline or tumble trac at your gym, that is the best way to get over being scared and the best way to work on the correct body position as you execute it. Your coach should be spotting you while you do it and make corrections as you go. If you were able to do one last summer, then you should be able to work on it on the trampoline without a spot. Just talk with your gym coach about what you can do to condition for it.
