Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: That totally depends on the pointe shoe you end up buying. Some (but not all) pointe shoes are sized 2 or 3 sizes down from a street shoe size, so if you wear a 7 street shoe you would wear a size 5 pointe shoe (in Capezios).

However, not all pointe shoes are sized the same, so it's going to depend on which brand you end up with.

You'll need to go to a store that fits pointe shoes and try on a lot to find the ones that fit best. The person fitting the pointe shoes will want to know your street shoe size and she'll be able to find the equivalent in a pair of Blochs or Freeds or Capezios or Gaynor Mindens, etc., because she'll be familiar with how each brand sizes their shoes.
