i just got new pointe shoes and there broken in but still kill my feet what can i do?

I find it hard to believe that either your ballet teacher or the people who sold you the shoes did not tell you anything about stuffings and pads and things to make your feet comfortable, especially if you are new to pointe work. And your ballet classmates have no suggestions?

I just can't believe tha no one has helped you.
