Question:

I need ways to get more flexible and steps to build up to doing front or back flips in the air?

I want simple exercises to build flexibility and if it is possible steps to doing flips or achrobatics in the air. Also any cool steps for breakdancing if possible LOL help if you can please tootles


Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I did this when I was doing gymnastics...You do bridge (where your hands and feet are on the ground and your belly is facing the air) and move foward like you are going to flip foward and keep repeating it. This is supposed to help you from going to a back handspring into another tumbling or acrobatic sequence.
