How do you do a one handed walkover?

I can do a two handed one but I cant do a one handed one. Please Please Help!!!

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: You must be able to do an oversplit during a two-handed walkover to be able to perform a one-handed walkover, cos the secret is to get your forward foot onto the ground as quicly as possible in order to maintain balance and posture, and always make sure that the one-handed walkover is done with your stronger hand. If you don't have a certain amount of over-flexibility, you can't attempt the one-handed walkover.
