Need help on starting a dance team!?

Ok i want to start a dance team. But my school already have a dance team, but most of the people on the dance team are from another county! So what are some good ideas!

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Depending on the rules, you might be not allowed to start a team that's similar to the existing team. At least, this is how it is in my school. What you have to do is to say that your group will be sufficiently different from the existing one. I.e. you do other dance style. Other differences may be competitive, non-competitive, performing or social dancing.

Usually, all you have to do is to write a standard petition of the club and have a few interested students sign it. Find out what are the rules in your school.

Did you consider joining the exiesting team? If the answer is no, ask yourself why. This will be your answer on how your team will be different and why you need a new one. If the only difference is they are from another county they just might say no.
