What exactly is an arts school?

i dance and im looking into arts schools for highschool. what exactly is an arts school? if i went to one would i do all my dancing in the schoolday or would i stay after school to do it? and would you still get a good education? if it helps i was looking into the cleveland school of the arts (ohio)
