I want to lose weight and get in shape to start dancing again. What should my excercise regimen be?

I'm fourteen, African-American, and used to dance a lot and play soccer. Now my only excercise is theatre dance. I've started walking a mile a day, 30 sit-ups, 100 jump-ropes, and dance warm-up/calisthenics.

Any ideas or advice or suggestions?
