Do point shoes give you bad blisters and bloody feet?

I am starting piont and I want to nknow if they give you bad and ugly feet.

of course yours wont be that bad if you're only doing about 5 classes a week or something, but as you can see it takes a toll on you. but even if they are ugly bare foot they are really strong for pointe.
