Does anyone know how you make the sign in dance for "regret" or "patience"?

Please describe the sign a best as you can. Thanks!!

right arm straight and held above your head, left arm bent slightly left hand touching right elbow (inside part) and then quickly thrust both hands to your heart, then move both hands quickly to your left as if pulling you away

patience:
right arm straight and to your right, left arm neutral, then move your left arm under your right arm as if it is pulling you around then spin 360 degrees and rotate your arms around each other above your head until you are all the way around
