How do you become a background dancer for like concerts an stuff?

How do you become a background dancer for like concerts an stuff?

Not tryin 2 be conceited, but...I can dance and i can flip real well, so i was thinking of using that to get some money. I never really hear of any auditions or nothin like that and i was just wondering how do people get through / start off in the industry.
