Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: it all depends on if the liners were just tacked inside the top after the top was made, on garments that are lined some liners are put inside between the lining and the garment, from the dance outfits ive worked on ,i normally tacked each liner by hand so it could move with the dancer ,if they are tacked in then i would remove them before any cleaning of the garment,,the liners inside the lining may get out of shape in the cleaning,just adjust the pads to the right position before you dry the garment.
