Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: things like pilates can help, but you don't need them. if you want to get flexible, all you basically need to do is stretch. make sure you warm up your muscles before you stretch and go slow. it should hurt a little, (that means the muscles are stretching) but not so much that you can't stand it.
