a. The tips tatter? about a week after wearing them
b. The shanks brake? never
c. The boxes soften? they have padding on them/ come soft, so they never become soft from breaking down
d. The shanks soften? they formed to my feet but they never became soft
e. The shoe loses its ability to support you? they support me, and i have very arched feet so they collapse easily, but gaynors keep me up
