Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: when i went to my first dance audition i was really scared! when i went i had to get my number to pin onto my leotard and after waiting awhile we started bare work, truns across the floor, and then combinations. first we all did it together then they broke us up into smaller groups. some pointers i learned from my first audition was to always smile, don't go to the back of the room be in the front where the "judges" can see you (you show self-confidence that way!), try to perfect everything, don't hesitate to volunteer, and don't be nervous it will be over in a few hours anyway! =)
