i want to learn to do .it ...how is it done.......its a really common hip hop move ! can i teach myself how to do it ?? does any1 know how i can teach myself to do it ?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: its called the six-step. what you do is you start kneelling with your right knee up off the ground, and then throw your left leg in front of you, then the right, then flip over so your on your stomach, and mvoe your legs back to the original position. do this faster and faster until you get good at it.
