I just moved to a new state about 7 months ago. I'm doing good, but still kinda shy about being new. There's a dance coming up at my new school, and i want to go. But im nervous, and i really dont know what to wear. Its formal, but whats formal at an 8th grade dance? My old school was very strict about things like this, and the only dance we had was in dress code. anybody any help?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Ask a teacher what you should wear and other things like that. If you are considering not going, you should definitely go. This is a chance to meet new kids in your town and you could become best friends. If I had this opportunity then I would take it.
