How can I regain my flexibility?

Well, I've actually never been as flexible as I wanted, but as a dancer, I'm more flexible than most people. I can do the splits (not straddle), and when I stretch, I can touch my head to my knees. But I want to be able to do toe-touches, leaps, high kicks, straddles, etc. flawlessly by September. Any suggestions? I stretch everyday and currently take a beginning modern class (this is the only class I can take). Thanks.


Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: well i want to be really flexible as well. I've been stretching a lot for about a month and can see the difference already. I'll push my self each time i do the splits and hold it for about a minute, so the next time i'll do stretches, i'll already be closer to the ground. Just do your stretches every day and soon you'll be alot more flexible.
