Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: there's no way to breakdance perfectly, usually your recovery from your mistakes look better. just practice your technical moves (uprock, downrock, six step, mostly footwork) and power moves (windmills, swipes, freezes,) equally, and try to incorporate both spectrums into your routine. also, rehearse and try to be in sync with the song your breakin too.

typical formula for (old school) breakin is uprock, downrock, power moves, than freeze. uprock clears the room, down rock uses the room to work, power move shows off a bit, and end everything wit a freeze.
