There is this boy in my class and when he came over he asked me would I dance with him and when we danced he touched my bum(and breast)?Help please...

If he asks you to dance again, then tell him that you don't want to because he acted badly the last time. If he persists then you can tell a teacher or someone in charge at the dance.
