My daughter is eleven and has just started ballet can she still make it into the royal shool of ballet in London ? and can you please tell me the aproximate age you need to be to ebter the school ? please help !

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Normally the kids enter the school at eleven but there are exceptions where they can join the school at 12 or 13. Darcey Bussell joined in the 2nd or 3rd year I think. If its too late for this year then keep your daughter going to her regular classes and get her an audition when they come up. Be prepared though, places are very limited and there are about 3 rounds of auditions to pass. Musicality,flexibility and potential are very important as much as a love of dance and previous knowledge of dance. Good luck!
