like should I run and sing at the same time so I can have voice control while dancing?


Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Do alot of cardiovascular excersises such as running, cycling or even intensive dance routines, ie. the excersises that make you breath hard when you've finished and eventually loose weight. These excersises train your whole cardiovascular system and makes it run more efficiently by making the all the muscles associated with your breathing, including your heart much stronger. In the long run this will imporve your ability to control your voice during intense dance routines.
