How to Make the Kickline Team?

I'd just like to know how to do kicks well. Maybe some tips to keep smiling, keep your head up, or kick higher. If you could explain some simple steps that would be great too!


Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: use vaseline on your teeth... makes it easier to smile longer... do keep your head up and think controll movements... not wild out of control kicks... usually straight legs are straight! and bent legs distinct crips movements....
make sure you get a good all around exercise for enduance and find someone to work with you on pylometrics...
for kicking higher you need to things.. practise and flexiblity!
strech regularly... try pilates and yoga for fitness, tone and flexiblity..
get to know some for their routines when you want to try out.
ask an established member or the coach for pointers.
