Splits Question?

I am doing a dance routein with the splits as the final step. I am about four inches away from touching all the way down. If I strech 10-15 minutes a day how long will it take for me to do this >>>>http://www.mycala.com/images/cala_splits...


Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I am finally able to do the full splits - but it did take alot of effort! To be able to do splits I practiced astanga yoga, which is focused at improving your flexibility. I then kept practicing every day stretching as far as I could.

Eventually with a little patience I got down! Consistency is the key - make sure you attempt the splits once or even twice a day! Good luck x
