Bruised toe, will my nail fall off?

i always get really bad bruised toes from pointe but i started wearing gaynors and when i had to do shows every night i could barely walk! then my toenail turned blue underneath a little bit, but that was about a month and a half ago. it is still a little weird colored, and now the base of my toenail looks all detatched!

my friend told me she knew someone who's toenail fell off from really bad bruised toes. has this ever happened to anyone?? what do i do!!
