Pointe shoe padding?

Pointe shoe padding?

In a couple of weeks, I am going to go get my first pair of pointe shoes. The problem is , is that I do not know what type of shoe padding I should get. Does anybody have any sugestions???

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: i use ouch pouches but they are sort of thin. if you feel like you want something thicker, you can use gel pads. when i got my first pair of pointe shoes, i tried on all the pointe shoes that the store had and all of the pads and extra things that they had also. that is what i think you should do that way you can find the best for you! Good luck on pointe!!! oh and when you go either have a teacher come with you or make sure you have an experienced person fitting you.
