What do i do if my date has two left feet?

i am going to the dance with this boy that i don't know very well. one of his friends says that he is a terrible dancer. i don't know if we should avoid dancing for the entire dance or if i should acept the fact that he can't dance. i am not going to the dance with someone who is going to do the funky chicken!!!

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: why not? dancing isn't about looking good to everyone else, its about having fun and expressing what you're feeling while you're dancing. if you're that concerned, just lead him. if you don't know how to do that, then you're probably not the best dancer either.
