Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: There is no way it would be anything less than a tie...the only difference is surely in preference of style...Astaire for pure grace and elegance and Kelly for his smooth athletic originality...they are both masters of the art form, advanced the development of dance on the big screen - and are a joy to watch!
