Latino Student Union dance theme ideas?

HI EVERYONE ^_^

I need some help. Does anyone have any really good ideas for a theme for our LSU dance this semester? Past themes include: party en la playa, baile en el barrio, etc.

We like to tie the theme into music and food, and decor. I am puerto rican so any themes related to el caribe I am partial to.
