Tips For Keeping Up Energy?

I'm dancing a really fast and energy draining dance this year. The song is about 2 and a half minutes and the last thirty seconds are really hard. What should I do?


Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I usually have around some ricecakes with hummus or a cliff bar around when I dance and that keeps me through four hours of nonstop dance classes. dont drink too much water, only drink a lot when rehearsal ends, because if you drink a lot of water and then dance it makes you heavier and it's harder to jump and turn. Keep practicing you solo, the more you practice and get tired, the next day, your stamina level will be higher and you won't be as tired as you were before. Also try cardiovasular exercises like roller blading and running. They will increase your stamina level.
