anyone know how to do that break dancing move where you spin on your head? can you give me instructions? also there is that one move where you spin while doing a hand stand then start spinning around on your back and stuff, how do you do that? i have a trampoline that i can practice on, and also if a trampoline wont work to practice on i could put a few mattresses together and use that, or a carpet, or a hardwood floor area. what surface should i practice on?please help!
