Where can you find the guidelines (giving by the state) for high school cheerlea

Question:

Where can you find the guidelines (giving by the state) for high school cheerleading squads in Southern IL?

I am trying to get more knowledge for a friend of mine. I remember when I cheered 4 years ago there were list of guidelines we had to follow not only by the school but the state as well.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Most of the time you can get guidelines from your activitys director of your high school. State regulations are not spicific but each comp has its own rules. The state dosnt regulate except if the state is a "non tumbling or non stunting state"
