Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Well my brother is blind as he certainly always tilts his head more to one side like he's always trying to listen to something and I have seen quite a few visually impaired people do this. However, I can't comment on their dancing style. How is it that you have been able to observe this? Do you work with visually impaired people? |
