Well, i have my left splits, but it hurts to do my left heel stretch. I can't get my leg up. Can you help?


Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: heel streches require sole practice practice practice it took me like 3 months to get mine down just lay on your back and try to go to the heel strech position if it hurts to bad dont do it just lay in that position for a minute or 2 and then try to stand up and do it good luck i know how hard heel streches are they take a while to master them in the air to.......cheerleading rocks your mom ♥
