How can i get my splits? i a few months but i want to get them sooner.?

i do straddle first to stretch out. then i rest a little. but whenever i do the splits it REALLY hurts. please help!


Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Yoga routine. Or karate class should have you doing it in about a month to 3 just don't over do it to hurt yourself but stick with it.
