I need to be down in the splits in a month!! HELP!!?


Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: In a month? Well, I have gotten down in a month, so maybe I can help. What you do is try to go down a little more everyday, but before you actually go into the splits posistion, try stretching a different way with your leg.. maybe like

• sit down. put one leg in front and the other leg in back bent. Now stretch toward that leg and try to go over it. Keep doing this every day.

after that, try the splits posistion [either way]

If you go one way, then its possible you can go the other way.

remember, dont stretch to the point you can't handle it anymore, you might rip your muscles.

Keep repeating and stretching for about 1 hour or more everyday.

I can go down in the splits now, And ever since Everrry single minute i feel like i need to stretch!! :]
