Help i have dry patches on my skin?

i have like little peely patches around my arms and one on my right leg. my skin gets like little red itchy bumps too. what can i do to get rid of them?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Hey you could try some Sorbalene Cream because that is really good for dry skin for me and it's also available in many places. It's also really cheap too. Otherwise if that doesn't work, you could try some QV lotion cream because I used to use that on my eczema (itchy, redness) on my arms and that worked like a treat. Hope this helps :)
