Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: you need to practice at least an hour a day on all of them to get results in 3-4 monthes. also stretch for and hour try doing lunges. or lay on your back have your left leg completely on the floor and lift your right leg straight up into the air no knee bending, that stretches your legs out very well so good luck and remember never to give up
