Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Not sure what they mean by Continental I only know of American and International. It's basically a difference in some of the step and lead movements and the count. EX: In rumba American use Quick Quick Slow count and International use 2 - 3 - (4-1) Also in American a man stops a woman by touching her shoulder and in International when a man touches her shoulder it's a signal for the woman to execute a turn |
