Does anyone know where to find this music (Cha-Cha-Cha)?

I like the first song in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jodsgxh_-... I would like to find it on a CD. Does anyone know who's the artist or what album can it be found on?
Bryan Watson and Carmen did a showcase to this music several times in 2000-2004, so it is quite old but I really like it.
