i am just starting pointe in ballet and need to know more about it?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: remember to squeeze your whole body, turn out your ankles----- develop ankles well or you will fall. do you depend on your knees because it will ruin them. learn to use your center....get shoes that do not over arch your foot, and remember to tie your shoes not tooo tight! :)
